The Wells County Fair Board has the right to correct or change any printed information prior to and or during the Wells County Fair.
Official Rules & Regulations: Wells County Fair reserves to its board of directors the final and absolute right to interpret these rules and to settle arbitrarily and determine all mattes questions and differences in regard thereto, or otherwise arising out of connected with any incident to the fair. The management reserves the right to amend or add to these rules as it, in its judgment, may deem advisable. In the event of conflict of general and special rules, the latter will govern. Any person who violates any of the following on special rules will forfeit all privileges and premiums and be subject to such penalty as the board of directors may order. The following rules and regulations will apply to each and every department of the fair and exhibitors and concessionaires. Dates & Location: The Wells County Fair will be held at Fessenden, North Dakota, June 19-22, 2025 inclusive, unless postponed or extended by management, which it hereby has the right to do from any cause or causes whatsoever, which it may deem necessary for all good. Auto Parking & Traffic: Fast driving within the fairgrounds is strictly prohibited. ALL trucks and automobiles must be confined to space provided. Wells County Fair is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, campers, or contents. This also applies to carnival and concessionaires. Liability: Wells County Fair expressly refuses to assume any liability for injuries to any person or damage to any property coming upon the grounds of the Wells County Fair, and no claims for injury to any person or damage to property shall be asserted or suit instituted or maintained against said Wells County Fair. Administration Office: The Wells County Fair President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and board of directors will maintain headquarters in the fair office. The directors of the fair will consider it a kindness if patrons will report any mistreatment or extortion practices by any concessionaires or others on the grounds. Do not wait until the fair is over to make a complaint; report immediately.
